• Develop, own and continuously improve the manufacturing processes in SWEP Suzhou, mainly focus on process design and brazing process commitment & improvement.

• Participate in the New Product Development/Transfer (NPD/NPT) Projects as the manufacturing representative to make sure the process will be capable of manufacturing the new product meeting project and operations targets and KPIs.

• Support the manufacturing/maintenance teams with production methods and problem solving in order to have processes that reach and exceed the targets and KPIs set by management.

• Participate and be active member in global technology groups. Ensure that set global standards are followed.

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Materials Forming, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering majors.
  本科或以上学历，主修材料成型、机械或相关工科专业；
• 1-4 years of work experience in process engineering related to manufacturing enterprises.
  1-4年制造企业工艺工程相关工作经验；
• English proficiency level 4 or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  英语四级或以上，听说读写流利；
• Use at least one 2D/3D design software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, etc. for basic drawing. Proficient in using Office software.

• Adapt to the production site environment, work meticulously, and have a sense of responsibility.
