This role, reporting to the Mechanical Department Manager, is open in Saskatoon, SK or Vancouver, BC. You will oversee piping system layouts and specifications for major mining projects, ensuring high-quality designs that meet industry standards. Candidates should possess a passion for engineering and a desire to contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead piping design for key mining projects

• Specify components and layout for piping systems

• Engage efficiently with multi-disciplinary teams

• Use AutoCAD 2D/3D, AVEVA E3D tools effectively

• Facilitate stress analysis and equipment layout design

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology

• A minimum of 3-5 years of piping design experience

• Proficient with CAD tools and design principles

• Strong leadership and communication ability

• Mining industry experience is an asset
