Drive excellence in EHS practices at ERM as a Principal Consultant, Auditor focused on Regulatory Compliance and Management Systems. Influence key decisions and lead sustainable transformations for clients.

As a trusted advisor, you will help organizations navigate EHS regulations and enhance their operational sustainability. Your extensive experience—minimum six years—will support high-stakes audits and strategic planning. Collaborating with diverse teams, you’ll contribute to ERM’s vision of safety and sustainability across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of EHS management systems and compliance

• Formulate strategies for client EHS improvements

• Participate in global and national EHS projects

• Provide training and coaching to various stakeholders

• Foster strong client relationships to secure ongoing business

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related area

• 6+ years in EHS roles within consulting or industry

• Deep familiarity with Canadian regulatory environments

• Outstanding communication skills with diverse audiences

• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
