Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct land surveying services for diverse projects

• Conduct legal surveys to establish real property boundaries

• Prepare and maintain official plans and records

• Perform topographic, hydrographic, and deformation surveys

• Ensure compliance with statutes and regulations

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in legal land surveying

• Registered Professional BC Land Surveyor

• Knowledge of Land Surveyors and other relevant Acts

• Bachelor’s in Geomatics Engineering is an asset

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
