About

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Engineering Co-op Student to join our team for an 8+ month work term based out of our Vancouver office. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering student looking to gain hands-on exposure to quality programs, infrastructure projects, utilities, and construction environments while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

The successful candidate will support active quality assurance, inspection, and asset management programs across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and utility projects. You’ll gain valuable exposure to project coordination, data management, quality processes, and client-facing systems while building practical experience that directly complements your engineering education.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Coordinate and support quality assurance and inspection programs across active projects.
  • Track work orders, deliverables, project milestones, and reporting timelines to support successful project execution.
  • Maintain and organize project records, documentation, and quality-related files.
  • Assist with data entry, validation, reporting, and maintaining accurate project information across internal and client systems.
  • Support inspectors, project managers, and program teams with coordination and logistics activities.
  • Interface with systems such as SAP and internal project tools to help maintain quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow enhancements that support operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams supporting infrastructure, utilities, and construction programs.
What We Are Looking For
  • Currently enrolled in an Engineering degree program (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
  • Open to students in their 2nd–4th year of studies seeking an 8+ month co-op opportunity.
  • Interest in infrastructure, construction, utilities, quality programs, or project coordination.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Exposure to Smartsheet, Fulcrum, or SAP is considered an asset but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to QA/QC processes, inspection coordination, or project administration is considered an asset but is not required.
  • Must be available to work full-time in-office in Vancouver

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 as of the posting date. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training.
