FM is seeking a proactive Consultant Engineer to assess and mitigate risks associated with equipment like boilers and pressure vessels. This role requires significant travel across Central and Western Canada to inspect client operations and provide tailored recommendations. Ideal candidates will work autonomously while also contributing as part of a dynamic team focused on safety and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate machinery and boilers for safety compliance
• Conduct on-site inspections and risk assessments
• Analyze engineering solutions for operational hazards
• Deliver consultative recommendations to clients
• Maintain documentation and report findings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Minimum 4 years experience in relevant fields
• License for travel to the United States
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
