Building Enclosure Co Op

Overview  Kickstart your engineering career with RDH in Vancouver as a Building Enclosure Co-op for Fall 2026. Gain hands-on experience in building science, construction, and design during this full time, in-person role. RDH invites engineering students with backgrounds in building science, civil engineering, and architecture to apply for our Fall 2026 co-op positions.
Responsibilities   Conduct field reviews of building enclosure components.
Perform in-office testing for air leakage and water resistance.
Investigate existing buildings and document conditions.
Design building asset management programs.
Conduct research in our lab for energy-saving technologies.
Qualifications   Basic training in building science, civil engineering, or architecture.
Hands-on construction experience.
Innovative thinking and a passion for building science.
Solid teamwork skills.
Full-time commitment from September to December 2026.
