Senior Electrical Engineer Industrial Projects

BBA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for its Vancouver office to manage significant industrial projects. Enhance your impact by leading teams and innovating solutions.

This senior role focuses on overseeing electrical engineering projects from inception through to delivery. You will work collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals, ensuring that client needs are met through high standards of project execution. Your responsibilities will include mentoring junior engineers and managing project budgets and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on project deliverables and client specifications

• Lead and mentor junior staff during project execution

• Develop project scopes and communication strategies

• Prepare and review estimates and technical documents

• Monitor and control project costs and assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Eligible for P.Eng. with at least 8 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of MV & LV industrial distribution

• Familiarity with the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC)

• Proficient communication and critical thinking skills
