Civil/Structural Engineer in Training Stantec

This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates and engineers in training. In this role, you will engage in tasks such as drafting using AutoCAD or Micro Station, modeling transmission lines with PLS-CADD, and assisting in the design of structures and foundations. Collaboration with seasoned engineers and participation in project meetings ensures a comprehensive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform AutoCAD or Micro Station drafting activities
• Create maps and plans for power line routes
• Assist in modeling transmission lines using PLS-CADD
• Aid in the design of structures and foundations
• Attend site visits and project coordination meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• At least one year of utility design experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Micro Station
• Strong communication and time management skills
