Advance your expertise as a High-Voltage Engineering Lead with Arup, a leading engineering firm. This key role involves leading HV and EHV projects in a collaborative work environment.
As a Power Transmission Engineering Lead, you will oversee project design, from conceptualization to construction. This leadership role is available in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary, allowing flexibility in your work environment. You will leverage your extensive experience to guide junior team members and ensure successful project delivery in high-voltage transmission systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HV and EHV power delivery project designs
• Perform and review detailed electrical studies
• Coordinate construction efforts and vendor relations
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers
• Prepare comprehensive cost analyses and proposals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, ABET accredited
• 15+ years of transmission line design expertise
• Strong skills in PLS-CADD software
• 10+ years managing project schedules and budgets
• Ability to obtain a Professional Engineer license
