Electrical Engineering Leader at BBA

Drive impactful engineering projects in Vancouver with BBA as a Principal Electrical Engineer. Lead design, construction, and commissioning for the Energy, Industrial, and Mining sectors.

In this critical role, you will lead and guide projects from concept through to operational phases. Collaborating with diverse teams, you'll prepare engineering design packages and perform site inspections, both locally and internationally. Your leadership will shape project budgets, schedules, and the mentorship of junior engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead conceptual and operational project phases

• Prepare and approve engineering design packages

• Perform site inspections and testing globally

• Oversee proposals including cost estimates and schedules

• Train and mentor junior engineers and drafters

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering Degree or similar

• 20+ years of relevant project experience

• Registered or eligible with EGBC

• Valid BC driver’s license

• Excellent communication skills in English
