Building Analyst Energy Modeling Position

Become a vital part of Introba as a Junior Building Analyst specializing in energy modeling. Learn to perform simulations using leading software under experienced mentors.

In this role, you will execute energy simulations for diverse building types and prepare in-depth reports for client and regulatory submission. You'll work closely with a collaborative team, gaining hands-on experience in building energy analysis, enhancing your expertise in MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform energy and parametric simulations using eQuest and IESVE

• Draft required reports for submission to clients and authorities

• Collaborate with internal and external design teams

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

• EIT qualification, with potential for P.Eng application

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools

• Good understanding of MEP systems

• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
