As a Senior Estimator, you will manage the bidding process while ensuring accurate estimates for projects like the new George Massey Tunnel. Candidates should have at least ten years of hands-on experience in heavy civil projects, particularly in concrete structures and hydroelectric initiatives. Collaboration and precision will be critical in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the estimating for heavy civil and concrete projects

• Develop accurate first principle cost estimates and budgets

• Analyze project documentation for accurate scope determination

• Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance the estimating process

• Use industry-standard software to prepare competitive bids
Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar

• 10+ years in heavy civil estimating

• Proficient in Bid2

Win and other estimating tools

• Strong communication skills

• Authorization to work in Canada
