Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead process engineering project resources

• Prepare P&IDs, mass balances, and control philosophy

• Plan and execute metallurgical testwork programs

• Produce concise reports on testwork outcomes

• Engage with stakeholders about project risks and changes
Requirements:

• Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering

• 5+ years in mineral processing operations

• 10+ years engineering experience

• Proficiency in process software like LIMN and METSIM

• Strong communication and mentoring skills
