Product​/Process Engineer: Elevate Broadband Operations and Quality

Elevate the manufacturing lifecycle of passive optoelectronic products as a remote Product/Process Engineer. Transform quality and sustainability standards within high-speed connectivity operations.
In this impactful role, you will be the manufacturing authority, shaping the production processes of optoelectronic devices. Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain to ensure product reliability and scalability. You will lead risk mitigation efforts and knowledge transfer initiatives, enhancing operational excellence across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the authority for optoelectronic product manufacturing

• Define and optimize production processes for quality assurance

• Lead design for manufacturability and continuous improvement

• Conduct PFMEA to enhance product robustness

• Manage product lifecycle from launch to mass production
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years’ relevant experience

• Deep knowledge of optical device principles

• Background in high-volume production environments

• Proven problem-solving skills with global team experience

• Strong data analysis acumen for performance monitoring
