Join CWC as a Civil Project Coordinator, leveraging your expertise in civil engineering and project management within a collaborative team. This role involves coordinating project documentation, inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
You will report directly to the Project Manager and engage with various teams, including Executive Management, Site Superintendents, and subcontractors. Your responsibilities include assisting with change orders, maintaining site records, and overseeing the completion of accurate paperwork related to labor and project costs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Project Manager with project completion and close-outs
• Maintain site records and manage documentation systems
• Coordinate inspections, permits, and project materials
• Liaise with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in civil engineering
• Proficient in HCSS Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Degree or Diploma in civil engineering or technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities
