As a Senior Program Manager, you will provide critical oversight on multiple infrastructure initiatives while ensuring alignment with project goals and capital planning. Your expertise will guide Project Managers, monitor performance, and maintain governance structures across all phases of project delivery, driving alignment among clients, engineering teams, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a portfolio of infrastructure and capital projects
• Ensure project alignment with program objectives and planning priorities
• Guide Project Managers in executing complex projects
• Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and schedules
• Maintain communication across project stakeholders
Requirements:
• 10+ years in large-scale public infrastructure projects
• Background in civil or utility construction environments
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• PMP certification or engineering background preferred
