The position reports to the Process Department Manager and plays a pivotal role in advancing Wood's reputation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee process plant design and project delivery
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders
• Integrate engineering activities into comprehensive project plans
• Estimate capital and operational costs for metallurgical processes
• Lead multidisciplinary projects with effective negotiation skills
Requirements:
• Undergraduate Degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years in mineral processing
• Professional engineering registration in Canada
• Knowledge of process modeling software preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
