We are seeking a skilled Project Controls Cost Estimator to support capital projects in the mining sector. This role involves collaborating with various EPCM contractors and leading the effort in developing comprehensive cost estimates. Your leadership will ensure that the estimates align with project objectives while you guide a team of cost estimating engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the creation of project cost estimates based on specifications

• Analyze project needs and coordinate with EPCM teams

• Apply benchmarking data for reliable estimates

• Validate assumptions with engineering and procurement teams

• Consolidate and present estimates to stakeholders
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in cost estimating

• Professional certifications like PMP or CCP strongly preferred

• Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software

• Strong analytical and communication skills
