At Sanctuary AI, you will engineer unique robotic manipulation tasks that leverage pioneering haptic sensing technologies. Your primary focus will be creating and implementing state-of-the-art algorithms to enhance robot performance in real-world scenarios, while also analyzing and improving existing practices. You will lead significant research initiatives to bridge gaps between advanced theory and practical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate RL and IL algorithms for robots
• Create training systems for physical implementation
• Identify and lead innovative research projects
• Improve learning efficiency and performance metrics
• Collaborate on solving algorithmic issues within teams
Requirements:
• Ph.D. with emphasis on Machine Learning
• 5+ years executing robotic manipulations
• Strong experience in various RL and IL techniques
• Familiarity with parallel simulations
• Proven record in leading ML research
