Job Description
Lead and mentor civil design staff through design and construction phasesManage civil and site design work in a multidisciplinary team environmentDesign and coordinate grading, stormwater, sewer, water, erosion control, paving, and related site systemsPrepare and refine civil concepts, drawings, and specifications with constructability in mindCoordinate with clients, contractors, public agencies, vendors, and internal teamsEnsure designs meet jurisdictional requirements and internal quality standardsRespond to contractor questions during construction and help keep projects moving smoothlySupport business development through proposals, interviews, and creative client solutionsHelp break down project scope, costs, and scheduling as part of project planning and deliveryQualifications
Active Civil PE license3+ years of relevant civil engineering design experienceStrong understanding of site civil design concepts and jurisdictional requirementsProficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365Strong communication, organization, and attention to detailAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and mentor junior staffFlexible, strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilityWhy You Will Love Working Here
