Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients and stakeholders throughout the estimation process

• Document all quantity take-offs and project details accurately

• Maintain compliance with Ledcor systems and industry regulations

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in estimating, ideally with large projects

• Educational background in Construction Management or Engineering

• Familiarity with modern construction techniques and estimating software

• Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office and estimating tools

• Team-oriented with leadership experience
