HSE Advisor SkyTrain Project

Join the team as an HSE Advisor on the Sky Train project, ensuring safety compliance and promoting a strong safety culture. This role involves overseeing Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across site activities.

As an HSE Advisor/Construction Safety Officer, you will support planning, implementation, and monitoring of HSE programs specific to track installation and systems works. Your experience with safety regulations and hands‑on risk assessments will be essential. You will be responsible for conducting site inspections, managing documentation, and facilitating safety training and briefings.

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project safety requirements
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses, risk assessments, and safety inspections
• Lead safety audits of subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and verify implementation of hazard controls
• Participate in project meetings to address HSE issues

• 4–6 years of experience in a safety role
• Construction Safety Officer Certification required
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license mandatory
• Robust knowledge of BC Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
• Excellent communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
