Key Responsibilities:

• Create moderate complexity CAD drawings

• Review and resolve discrepancies in project documents

• Conduct material take-off and tabulation analysis

• Comply with department practices and industry standards

• Complete other related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Two-year accredited technical degree or equivalent experience

• Over 5 years of relevant industry experience

• Proficient in HVAC software calculations

• Knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA standards

• Advanced AutoCAD, Micro Station, and Revit capabilities
