Engineering Manager for Wastewater Projects

Randstad Canada is hiring an Engineering Manager focused on wastewater projects. Lead a team in a hybrid work setting while delivering effective solutions to technical challenges.

This role involves supervising professional engineers and guiding a diverse team towards success. You will be accountable for facilitating team development, navigating complex project management tasks, and maintaining essential relationships with stakeholders. Your leadership will play a key role in achieving engineering excellence and meeting project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise engineering design tasks and project delivery

• Develop technical standards and team capabilities

• Collaborate on strategic initiatives with internal and external parties

• Oversee budget administration and compliance with policies

• Prepare documentation and deliver presentations as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering with 8-10 years’ experience

• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) eligibility with EGBC

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage complex project portfolios
