BQE Water Inc. is looking for a talented Project Engineering Manager to spearhead our wastewater treatment initiatives. This role combines project management oversight and mentorship for junior team members, demanding a strong technical background, ideally with a P.Eng. designation. Your ability to engage with clients and manage multidisciplinary teams will support our commitment to environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams from project planning through completion

• Manage all aspects of project scope, schedule, and budget

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions

• Facilitate coordination among internal and external stakeholders

• Proactively identify project risks and implement solutions
Requirements:

• P.Eng. (or eligible within the year)

• Extensive experience (8–12 years) in engineering consulting

• Proven track record with projects in the range of $10–30M

• Strong commercial insight and budget control skills

• Effective stakeholder management and communication prowess
