In your capacity as Principal Consultant, you will oversee complex environmental projects from initiation through to execution. With a minimum of 6 years in the environmental consulting sector, your role will encompass ensuring all project metrics align with ERM's strict standards of quality and timeliness. Your leadership will facilitate strong collaborations and lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee environmental project delivery to meet quality and safety criteria

• Manage interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely project execution

• Foster client partnerships, addressing expectations and issues

• Control financial aspects including budgeting and performance tracking

• Support new business development and client expansion initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in environmental science or engineering; advanced degree is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills
