This role within Qualcomm’s Multimedia Camera HW team offers a unique opportunity for an ASIC design engineer to innovate in image and video processing. Strong foundational knowledge in RTL design and synthesis processes is essential for the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design hardware specific to multimedia camera applications

• Own and deliver core IP at a high level of quality

• Conduct design rule checks and performance evaluations

• Collaborate closely with verification engineers for testing

• Create and maintain detailed design documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar discipline

• Knowledge of System Verilog or System C

• Experience in image processing ASIC implementation

• Familiarity with AHB or AXI bus protocols

• Scripting experience in TCL/Perl/Python is beneficial
