Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate project estimate plans

• Lead comprehensive total project estimate creation

• Prepare Project Basis of Estimate and risk analysis

• Analyze complex problems and provide solutions

• Maintain an up-to-date library of local cost rates
Requirements:

• Over 10 years of estimating experience

• Proficient in estimating systems:
Sage, InEight, or CostX

• Degree in a relevant construction discipline

• RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
