As a Senior Mechanical Estimator, you will bring over 10 years of experience in estimating within construction. Expertise in estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX is crucial. This role empowers you through mentorship while fostering lasting relationships with both teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project estimate plans with team coordination
• Lead total project estimate development
• Prepare Basis of Estimate and risk analysis
• Analyze problems and recommend effective solutions
• Maintain current local rates library for estimates
Requirements:
• Over 10 years of estimating experience in construction
• Proficiency in estimating software like Sage Timberline
• Degree in a relevant construction discipline
• RICS, CEP or CPE chartered status or pathway to it
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
