Key Responsibilities:

• Control and direct land surveying works for multiple ventures

• Perform legal land surveys to ascertain boundary lines

• Develop and maintain comprehensive survey records

• Execute various survey types including topographic and hydrographic

• Adhere to all regulatory requirements for surveying practices

Requirements:

• 5-8 years in legal land surveying roles

• Must be a Registered BC Land Surveyor

• Knowledge of Land Surveyors Act and other relevant regulations

• A degree in Geomatics Engineering is advantageous

• Strong detail orientation and communication capabilities
