In the role of Regulatory Lead, you will guide all phases of regulatory compliance for major remediation initiatives. By utilizing your extensive knowledge, you'll work alongside technical teams to optimize project designs and facilitate collaboration with government and local communities. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct all environmental planning and assessment activities
• Collaborate with teams to improve project designs
• Engage with governments and stakeholders for approvals
• Review technical outputs to ensure quality
• Monitor safety and environmental health compliance
Requirements:
• At least 12 years in environmental regulation and permitting
• Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven background in consulting or project settings
• Knowledgeable in Yukon and BC environmental laws
• Exceptional communication both written and verbal
Lead environmental strategies that shape successful remediation efforts, advancing both community interests and regulatory compliance in impactful projects.
