Your role involves meticulously reviewing plans for adherence to California regulations and supporting inspectors with compliance queries. You will maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders and ensure quality plan evaluations on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review plans for compliance with regulations

• Inspect building permits for legal adherence

Requirements:

• Structural Professional Engineer license essential

• CASp certification required

• Preferred ICC Building Plan Review certifications

• Valid driver’s license

• Minimum 5 years of structural design experience
