Vancouver Instrumentation and Controls Engineer

CIMA+ invites applications for an Intermediate Instrumentation and Controls Designer based in Vancouver. This hybrid role focuses on critical infrastructure projects, including public transit systems.
With over 25 years of service, Eramosa Engineering, a part of CIMA+, delivers essential infrastructure projects. We seek professionals skilled in control system design and automation, eager to contribute to our growing team. You will play an essential role in diverse projects while developing your technical and consulting abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design detailed control system schematics and layouts

• Create Process Control Narratives and I/O lists

• Manage updates for Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)

• Conduct site visits for client facilities and documentation

• Support construction projects through inspections and reviews
Requirements:

• 4-year degree in an engineering-related field

• At least 5 years of relevant technical experience

• P.Eng designation or eligibility considered an asset

• Strong communication skills in a multi-disciplinary environment

• Familiar with automation technologies and electrical codes
