Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the construction process and field reviews

• Lead technical analysis of building envelope failures

• Interface with contractors and project stakeholders

• Prepare and review site assessment reports

• Establish action plans for deficiency resolutions
Requirements:

• 10+ years in building envelope systems management

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering field

• Registered as a Professional Engineer in BC

• Strong computer skills including CAD and Revit

• Experience with project budgets above $200,000
