This position involves taking charge of preconstruction leadership, providing innovative solutions to minimize risks while maximizing value. You will engage daily with clients, architects, and engineering teams to drive project efficiency, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver preconstruction design and constructability leadership
• Provide real-time recommendations during design discussions
• Review and optimize project drawings and specifications
• Develop and present Construction Management Plans
• Mentor staff and lead project teams effectively
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 5-10 years of progressive preconstruction management experience
• Preference for PMP and Professional Engineering credentials
• Strong understanding of construction regulations
• Competent in project management tools and Google applications
