THE VIRTUAL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY
Turner Construction’s Vancouver office is seeking a full-time Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Project Manager. The role requires availability to work on-site or at the local head office, Monday to Friday, for 40 hours per week. The will report to the VDC Manager.
The VDC Project Manager will oversee the daily management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring alignment with construction project schedules across projects of varying scope and complexity. This role requires a clear understanding of project objectives and coordination of activities, while ensuring Turner Digital Build standard processes align with project requirements. The VDC Project Manager will also lead, communicate with, and guide the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team, providing best practices, tools, and expertise to support the strategic implementation of modeling.
This role also carries responsibility for managing VDC scope, schedule, and budget at the project level, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with overall project financial goals.
