Working as the Project Coordinator, you will manage mechanical projects, ensuring efficient execution of all phases. You will assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting, liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, and monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders. You will prepare and maintain project documentation, ensurepliance with industry standards and safety regulations, resolve any issues or conflicts, and support the project team with administrative tasks and technical assistance.
What you'll need to succeed
We're seeking a candidate with previous construction experience working in a similar role. You will befortable working on site, in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of meeting project milestones. Ideally, you have1–2 years of experience in a coordination setting. Bonus if you have experience with Auto Desk, Trimble, and Procure. A degree in Mechanical Engineering and CET certification would be beneficial.
