EPCM Area Lead

This contract position involves managing detailed engineering activities for a major mining client. You'll collaborate closely with the Owner’s Engineering Manager while overseeing the EPCM consultant.

Your role requires strong skills in engineering leadership, communication, and project management to guide the engineering teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Owner’s representative for project area oversight

• Review and recommend on EPCM engineering deliverables

• Lead engineering and construction work packages

• Develop scopes of work and evaluate proposals

• Coordinate EPCM, vendor, and contractor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 10–12 years in heavy industrial or mining projects

• 2–3 years in engineering leadership roles

• Experience in EPCM environments

• Strong analytical and communication skills
