This on-site position is central to our research initiatives. The successful candidate will lead efforts in battery cell design, testing, and optimization, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will prepare detailed reports and contribute to the implementation of cutting-edge energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and fabricate laboratory-scale redox flow battery cells

• Evaluate electrochemical performance metrics like charge-discharge cycling

• Develop and optimize electrolyte formulations and configurations

• Analyze data and prepare technical reports for the R&D team

• Collaborate with academic and industrial partners for energy storage

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Electrochemistry or related field

• Hands-on experience with redox flow battery systems

• Strong background in cell assembly and performance optimization
