Reporting to the M&O Director, you will lead project teams and ensure quality documentation throughout both proposal and execution phases. Your technical expertise in civil engineering and team management will be crucial, as you define methods, design temporary structures, and maintain compliance on-site. Act as a key technical resource while tackling real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage resources and ensure project deliverables are met
• Supervise preparation of work sequences and temporary designs
• Coordinate production of site installation and phasing plans
• Validate and finalize design drawings for temporary works
• Provide technical support for installation compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering
• 8 to 15 years in civil engineering projects
• Full engineering license from OIQ
• Proficiency in Advance Design and AutoCAD
• Experience in team management
