As a Facility Assessment Consultant, you will work within a collaborative team dedicated to transforming how buildings are constructed and assessed. Your responsibilities will include preparing Depreciation Reports and Building Condition Assessments, along with stakeholder engagement to meet unique requirements. Strong leadership and innovative thinking are key as you contribute to diverse projects across Canada and the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect field data for various reports
• Prepare takeoffs and budget estimates
• Develop new client relationships
• Collaborate with stakeholders on project needs
• Ensure quality assurance program adherence
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or architecture
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in construction methods and systems
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
