Egis is searching for a Senior Transportation Engineer in Vancouver, BC, specializing in major roadway projects. This role focuses on design excellence and technical leadership within a multidisciplinary team.
In this senior position, you will play a vital role in managing significant transportation infrastructure projects  ideal candidate will possess at least 12 years of experience in roadway design and project management while demonstrating capacity to lead teams effectively. Your contributions will support large-scale capital projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards in publicly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design work for major infrastructure, including aviation and urban systems

• Organize and guide team efforts to achieve project milestones

• Manage technical quality and mentor team members

• Produce comprehensive reports, designs, and technical specifications

• Foster client relationships to drive new business opportunities
Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering with a preference for P.Eng. designation

• 12+ years in engineering design and project delivery

• Expertise in transportation and civil infrastructure

• Strong leadership and communication competencies

• Bilingual in French and English, valid driving license
