Position: Camera Hardware Engineer Role at Qualcomm
Qualcomm Canada ULC is seeking a skilled Camera Hardware Engineer for groundbreaking ASIC design in multimedia. Engage in image processing innovations within a collaborative environment.

As part of the Multimedia Camera HW team, you will own the design of critical image processing IP while delivering core level contributions. The ideal candidate will excel in RTL design, performance evaluation, and must thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong communication and planning skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on hardware design for camera systems

• Execute RTL design and synthesis tasks

• Conduct design rule and low power checks

• Develop and implement tests during the design cycle

• Maintain comprehensive design documentation and reports

Requirements:

• 4+ years in Software or Hardware Engineering

• Proficiency in Verilog, VHDL or System Verilog

• Experience with ASIC design tools and methodologies

• Knowledge of DSP and multimedia processing

• Relevant degree in Engineering or Computer Science
