This position provides an opportunity for early-career engineers with 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will gain insights into concrete testing, mix design, and materials performance assessment. Collaborate with a team of experts using innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes and infrastructure durability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with materials engineering for new and existing construction

• Perform field reviews and lab tests on concrete and aggregates

• Conduct mix design reviews and durability assessments

• Develop technical documents and specifications

• Support structural rehabilitation and innovation in materials
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil or Materials Engineering

• 3–5 years of materials engineering experience

• Interest in digital tools and AI technology

• Eligible for EIT or P.Eng. with EGBC

• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
