As an experienced leader, you will oversee a team focused on delivering aviation and pavement projects for clients including major road authorities and the Defence Forces in Australia and New Zealand. The role emphasizes technical excellence, business growth opportunities, and active participation in the AECOM Global Aviation Technical Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage aviation and pavement projects across ANZ

• Drive technical excellence in aviation initiatives

• Develop business opportunities with key clients

• Contribute to the ANZ Aviation business strategy

• Engage with the Aviation Technical Practice Group
Requirements:

• 15+ years in airside infrastructure and aviation design

• Proven experience in project delivery as Project Director

• Strong communication skills with clients

• Knowledge of aviation standards and guidelines

• Ability to influence and inspire team dynamics
