Senior Concrete Materials Engineer

In this senior role, you will collaborate closely with the Materials Engineering Manager to set strategic priorities and expand our client base. Your extensive experience in materials engineering, particularly in concrete design and condition assessment, will help drive meaningful infrastructure projects in BC and globally. You will also focus on business development and client engagement, ensuring our growth in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consulting services for industrial and municipal projects
• Lead technical work related to concrete and asphalt pavement
• Prepare and review specifications and technical reports
• Develop concrete mix designs and rehabilitation strategies
• Mentor junior engineers and support business growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil or Materials Engineering;
Master's preferred
• Over 10 years of experience in materials engineering
• Deep expertise in concrete design and assessment
• Proven client management and proposal leadership skills
• Registered P.Eng. with EGBC and valid BC Driver’s License
