• Organize project baseline setup in Fluor's systems

• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance

• Supervise Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures

• Provide training and coaching to project controls specialists

Requirements:

• Accredited four-year degree or equivalent experience

• Fifteen years of relevant work experience

• Effective communication skills across various audiences

• Strong technical knowledge related to project controls

• Attention to detail and time efficiency
