Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee marine structures design across all phases

• Prepare engineering documents such as reports and estimates

• Coordinate and facilitate client meetings for project alignment

• Engage in business development strategies for team growth

• Mentor junior staff and Engineers in Training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Structural Engineering or a related field

• Licensed Professional Engineer in British Columbia

• 14+ years of marine design experience

• Proficient in SAP
2000 and AutoCAD

• Effective project management and communication skills
