Electrical Engineer in Training at Coast Mountain Bus

This opportunity involves providing maintenance engineering support to the Maintenance division and assisting Maintenance Engineers on various projects. You will work with different types of vehicles and tooling, under the guidance of experienced engineers. Additionally, you’ll manage bus procurement projects and engage with suppliers about equipment failures, ensuring top-notch performance and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver maintenance engineering support for fleet vehicle repairs
• Verify compliance with provincial and federal vehicle standards
• Assist in engineering studies and testing programs
• Manage bus procurement-related projects efficiently
• Coordinate with vendors and present at external meetings
Requirements:
• University degree in engineering from a recognized institution
• Engineer-in-Training designation required
• Six months in a heavy-duty vehicle maintenance role
• One year of experience with CMBC procedures
• Work predominantly on-site, full-time
